Chapter 02 - Atomic Structure
An atom is not what we explain it to be or see it as. If we take a thing in our hand that is not an atom, rather it is made of a lot of atoms. An atom is actually not what the teachers or our other fellows try to explain to us. Atom is much more than this. When we talk about atomic structure, it means we are going inside the atom even knowing that the atom itself is so tiny that we cannot observe it with the naked eye, and we are going inside it to observe how this tiny thing is made and what particles were involved in making this. When we talk about atomic structure, we are talking about the particles inside the atom. As you know, without a nucleus, the atom is nothing. The nucleus is the main part of the atom. Protons, neutrons and electrons are the main components of the atom. Without these, the atom is not an atom, or you can say the atom is incomplete. If one is missing from the atom, overall, it does not happen in any case; the atom is not an atom, as we have explained above.
