Verbal Intelligence 03
Let us tell you what the pattern questions are if you find them in this test or could be asked them. If they are asked of you, then what type of preparation do you need to solve them intelligently? The pattern questions in the verbal intelligence test are completely different from the pattern questions asked in the non-verbal intelligence test. The pattern is presented here in the form of written text. You would be given two words that would have the same relationship, and the third word will not be given to you with its second whom it can make its pair. You need to find that word’s pair. When you do so, you would be able to find out the correct answer for the question. Let us explain all this with a short example. For example, ink and pen have a relationship. If you know how, then you can find the relationship or the pair of leaves. The question could be asked as: ink:pen::leaves:? Now you need to find out the tree from the answers. Look at the question very carefully. The ink is used in pens and helps the pen to write on the paper. Without ink, the pen is useless. So the leaves make the tree green and help the tree to survive for a longer period. Without leaves, the tree is chopped off and sold to the timber market. So ink and leaves are both useful to their respective pair or partner. This is a very simple example of series-type questions asked in verbal intelligence. The questions could be trickier. Sometimes, finding a relationship is not quite easy. We wish you the best of luck in this test and bring high marks as much as possible for the better result.
